Premium: These properties represent the top tier at the resort. Consistent design theme with top-of the line furnishings, kitchens and baths are present in these units. The properties in this category include custom window treatments and bedding, upgraded accessories and artwork. Upgrades in all aspects of the unit are present.

Deluxe: Units in this category offer a clean comfortable vacation experience. These properties will feature moderate furnishings, kitchen and baths without all the upgrades in the Premium categories.

Standard: These properties represent the minium requirements of the resort rental program. Furnishings, kitchens and baths need updating.
