Suite Description
Wailea Ekahi Village 35D is a second floor condo with ocean views of Molokini and Kaho’olawe islands, overlooking the green belt that leads to the beach.
Park your vehicle and stroll down a garden pathway and courtyard into a bright and airy one bedroom, one bath suite. The owner’s decorating style is a little art deco with Asian inspired touches. It has an open floor plan with oak hardwood floors and Oriental area rugs, two couches, an arm chair with ottoman and 42" flat panel TV. This condo is the owner's residence when they are on Maui for several months of the year, and has the comforts of home.
A modern dining table and leather chairs seat four, with two bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. Enjoy your favorite tunes on the iPod docking station.
The kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, flat-top stove with oven, toaster oven broiler, electronic wine opener and slate flooring. And of course it includes the kitchen sink - with a single handle water faucet that pulls out as a hose and a separate filtered-water drinking spout.
The kitchen door leads to a shared lanai with the living room, with table seating for three, a BBQ grill, and a large wooden carved day bed for lounging.
There is a washer/dryer in the hallway closet.
The bath features a hand held shower within a slate surround, also used on the bath vanity.
The bedroom has a small private balcony overlooking a very private lush garden as well as an iPod docking station clock radio and its own 32" flat panel TV.
