Shopping on Maui
Maui offers a treasure trove of art galleries, boutiques, shops and retail centers, including The Shops at Wailea, an upscale complex featuring 50 shops and five restaurants within steps of Wailea Beach Villas.

Shops at Wailea - This upscale, open-air venue of more than 60 shops houses a wide variety of retailers, elegant gift outlets and art galleries in a lovely oceanview setting. Retailers include familiar names like Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Tommy Bahama's and The Gap. Specialty stores offer everything from sandals, high-quality aloha wear, hand-crafted koa and other Hawaii crafts, and fine jewelry done in the Hawaiian heritage style. Art lovers can find a wealth of upscale art galleries, including outlets that showcase art by celebrities, art glass and photographic art. The Shops at Wailea is also the home of the Destination Residences Hawaii office.
Kihei Kalama Village - Located across from Kalama Park on South Kihei Road, this venue has over 50 specialty and souvenir shops as well a selection of small restaurants amid a casual outdoor setting. It's a popular nighttime hotspot with a number of bars and lounges providing music, live entertainment or dancing.
Kukui Plaza - features south Maui's only theatre complex, Ocean's sports bar and grill and Tutti Fruitti yogurt.
Piilani Village Shopping Center - This shopping mall includes Hilo Hatties, a great place for aloha wear and gifts, as well as Safeway, Border's Express Jamba Juice and Starbucks.
Kamaole Beach Center - Features Honolua Surf Co., which offers excellent surf wear, including long-sleeved T-shirts to wear after snorkeling or diving.
Maalaea Harbor Village - Near the Maui Ocean Center, features Moon-bow Tropics for island-style clothing and Island Soap and Candleworks
Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center - the largest shopping center on Maui, you will find over 100 merchants with familiar brand names like Sears and Macy's, a theatre complex, children's playzone, jewelry stores, food court, clothing boutiques and regular entertainment.
Maui Mall - this is Maui's original shopping center with the island's only 12-screen Megaplex Theatre, Whole Foods Market and IHOP. It features over 40 unique and locally owned stores and restaurants including Longs Drugs, Maui Mixed Plate and Tasaka's Guri Guri ice cream - a Maui must try.
