A curved front sidewalk welcomes you through the large front porch and into formal foyer of this peaceful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Gardenview Villa. Greeted by a refined art collection and life size tropical orchids you are immediately enveloped within the spacious floor plan of the 3676 square foot home. Designed with a classically elegant color palette, this custom interior is embellished with African mahogany detailing and an extensive use of travertine, marble, granite and natural stones though out. Accented with the soothing, warm earthy colors of cocoa, chestnut, rusty copper and ecru these fine surroundings providing instant relaxation and invite you to leave all your cares at the door.

Boundaries blur between the indoors and outdoors in the tasteful and spacious open floor plan Great room as the double glass paned, floor to ceiling doors can be pushed into the wall recess to create an extended living area. Inside, the generously proportioned L shaped Italian leather sofa comforts you while watching HDTV on a large wall mounted flat screen, or melt into your sweetheart while listening to your favorite music on the iPod dock pumped through the entire house with surround sound. Individual room volume control allows for other rooms to enjoy as well. Waterproof, rustproof, weather proof and lightweight, this collection features bronze/black power-coated aluminum that is dressed up with outdoor weather-proof Quilt cream fabric and Yacht cloth welting for a stunning look. Designed to replicate cruise ship models, the Montoro Chaise Lounge celebrates the art of lounging by providing ample room in the seat and back with the right amount of space to curl up or spread down in comfort. This patio is simply divine for socializing including the Viking rotisserie grill and Sub-zero refrigerator to keep all your goodies within easy reach and nice and cold while you are enjoying the patio and boutique backyard.

The First Master bedroom, just off the kitchen opens nine foot glass doors direct into the garden. An overhead ceiling fan and individual air condition control help you find the comfort level you desire or open the doors with screens and enjoy the tropical breeze, still feeling private, day or night. You will sleep like royalty in this elegant nickel claw footed Kreiss King bed complimented with golden side tables on Egyptian cotton 600 thread count sheets. Writing desk and reading chair support the room balance and add functionality. The elegant adjoining travertine bathroom boasts a long rectangular deep soaking tub, dual golden buttercup marble vanity, private water closet and amazing custom built walk in closet with not only hanging room and shelves for your items, but also drawers for your intimates. This amazing closet feature alone may entice you to extend your stay! Bedroom and bath electronics include a large flat screen TV and DVD player, bedside telephone and security safe.

The Second Master bedroom of chocolate brown and ecru is understated elegance with King poster canopy bed and an extra sunny side room with a single day bed and direct access door to the wrap-around lanai and outdoor plunge pool. Two sitting chairs provide comfort for reading or watching the large flat screen television. En-suite Master bathroom features an outdoor private tropical rain shower in addition to the double vanity with sconce lighting, deep soaking tub, step-side natural stone seated shower and personal water closet. Adjoining the bath is another large custom built-out walk in closet full of drawers, hanging rods, shelves, hangers, pillows, abundant towel supply and courtesy cotton robes. The tropical garden view from this room is delightful, pull down linen louvers showcase the green grass of your private backyard, the refreshing plunge pool and is completely surrounded by tropical flowers all shapes and colors including yellow hibiscus, red ginger and the beautiful native plumeria trees. There is a feeling of deep retreat in a secluded place, though you are merely a few steps from the gorgeous golden sands crescent shaped Wailea Beach and mile and half Beach-walk as well as our own serene WBV adult infinity pool and repose hot tub. The ambience of peacefulness and tranquility is everywhere around you.

Third bedroom rests quietly down the North wing with two full beds. Light and spacious, timeless for all ages, Villa C102 provides a treat for children or for the child in each of us that would enjoy a double joystick Play station and abundant games to go with large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The room has a double door leading to outside patio area tucked within a lovely garden environment. Sunlight twinkles through the foliage softening the day for absolute relaxation. Third bathroom and walk in closet are both down a small hall and have all the comforts of home away from home. Seated shower and single vanity with toiletries amenities provided.

Island style kitchen with a natural stone kitchen/dining table positioned for convenience. Table seats six with additional bar counter seating for five. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and housewares amenities including cooking ware, dishware, grilling utensils and completed by two subzero refrigerators & culinary gas stove. Separate utility-laundry room with private door houses a full size washer and dryer, storage area and convenient utility room sink, laundry hamper, clothes basket, iron, ironing board and complimentary laundry detergent.
