Wailea Orchid Penthouse 403 showcases soft ocean breezes with a beautiful Ocean view and luxurious comforts for the entire family.  With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths located on the Fourth floor, this 2,000 square foot gem is the perfect get away for your well deserved holiday, with an additional 375 square foot covered lanai. Formal entry hall with artwork and decorator touches invite you to relax and make yourself at home.

Spacious great room leisurely divides the living room of upscale island style furniture with the dining room. Dining table has seating for six with 3 additional bar stool seats.  Fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, and two Sub-Zero refrigerators. Extensive use of granite and marble and Travertine floors throughout, bedrooms are carpeted.

Spacious Master suite provides amazing 180 degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and a private access door to the balcony. Wake up and view the ocean without even getting out of bed, or enjoy working on the writing desk while enjoying the view.  King bed, large entertainment armoire and bedside tables for your comfort.  Tasteful shuttered half windows peek-a-boo into master bathroom with marble topped double vanity, sleek wood cabinets, large soak tub, seated shower, private water closet and generous walk-in closet. 

Both Second bedroom and Third bedrooms have Mountain views and are comfortably decorated island style.  Second bedroom has king bed and adjacent bathroom with seated shower and dual vanity.

Third bedroom has both a twin bed and double bed with en-suite combination tub and shower bath.  A pull out sofa bed in the living room can offer additional sleeping space if needed for sleeping maximum of up to 8 people.

Four large LCD flat screen HDTVs are located in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms. Wireless internet is available throughout the penthouse at no charge. Dual control air-conditioning creates a comfortable environment. Remote controlled ceiling fans are located in all rooms as well as your own private laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The lanai has spacious chairs to relax in while gazing at the waters of the Pacific Ocean. During the winter months, you can watch the whales swim by from the comfort of your lanai lounge chairs! The lanai also has a built-in barbecue.
