Wailea Surf Suite Penthouse features 2 bedroom, 2 bath tropical island appointments and comfortable over- stuffed furniture. Den offers a sofa bed and privacy curtains to convert into a 3rd bedroom. Lanai has bonus Partial Oceanview and Viking grill.

Wailea Surf, Penthouse L210 invites you and your family with open arms, to take pleasure in this lovely two bedroom two bath penthouse. Elegant and unique island style appointments compliment the fashionable and comfortable overstuffed Tommy Bahama, great room furniture in a soothing palette of caramel, cherry and sage green. The open living plan creates a relaxing and enjoyable space for all ages with lots of natural light and a partial garden and ocean view. Upscale entertainment includes three large flat screen HDTV’s accompanied with Blue Ray and DVD players in the great room; a plethora of books and games are available for your enjoyment as well. Casual drapery around the den can create an additional private sleeping space with sofa bed for up to maximum six guests, or convenient secretary desk can offer designated space for work or journaling. Wireless and high speed internet is complimentary, local phone calls are free. Built-in Viking grill on the lanai offers alternative dining option while enjoying the gentle breeze or watching the beautiful Maui sunset.

Large poster bed dominates the spacious master suite with king bed and tropical bedding paired with Hawaiian nature art. Décor in dark chocolate, black, red and forest green gives this room a very warm and secluded ambiance. The connecting master bath features a large jetted tub, shower with seating, private water closet, double vanity, sleek wood cabinets and sconce lighting. The walk in closet is large enough for many months worth of luggage, so don’t be shy when you make your reservation. 

Second bedroom includes twin beds in tropical decor, with adjacent and private second bathroom featuring the generous tub and shower combination and double vanity. If you favor a King bed and we will convert the twins for you. Signature amenities include luxury sheets and bedding, cotton bathrobes and an abundance of fluffy towels. 

Top-of-the-line, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen provides everything you need for preparing a quick breakfast at the counter to multi-course professional chef style meals. Thermador microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and two Sub-Zero refrigerators and ice machine coupled with full stock of cook and service wear will leave you want for naught. We can even provide pre-stock groceries before your arrival and/or a personal chef for in-suite dining if desired. Dining table has seating for six with additional bar seating for 2 and table seating for four on the lanai.

This suite features a generous use of granite and marble counters with beautiful travertine floors throughout. Dual control central air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans in all rooms provide adjustment to the perfect climate if you do not prefer the tropical island breeze.
