Suite Description

Aloha Kai Suite J205 is elegant and refined to the last detail with sophisticated furnishings, bold colors and spectacular art. Family-friendly 3 bedroom, 3 full baths, approximately 2500 square feet and accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests.

A private key-entry elevator whisks you from your reserved garage parking space and up to your entry lanai where you are greeted by colorful, upscale patio furnishings and tropical plants.

Entry hall with fresh orchids and beautiful art, beckons you inside to relax in the spacious great room replete with ocean views. Living room has two large leather woven sofas, a reading chair with ottoman and two occasional chairs. Entertainment Center with Plasma HDTV, DVR, CD/DVD player, integrated iPod Dock and full surround sound complete the room. You will also find a large selection of current PG-13 DVDs, best selling books and fun board games. Open floor plan includes a formal dining area and offers table seating for eight to ten guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar for three.

Gourmet European kitchen is fully equipped with all the culinary bells and whistles to assist you or your personal chef in creating fantastic memory making meals. Stunning granite and stainless steel counters provide loads of prep space. Built-in appliances include a Gaggenau Ceran cook top, Thermador stainless steel convection and microwave ovens, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ icemaker/ cold drawers and a Bosch electronic dishwasher. Everything you may need has been thoughtfully placed for you to enhance your vacation experience including coffee maker, French press coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, electric teakettle, rice cooker, Henkels knife set, waffle iron, Panini press, fondue set plus an abundance of dishware, flatware, serving ware, cooking utensils, crystal and acrylic glassware. The splendid kitchen faces west so you can enjoy the view while cooking.

Walking through the great room you will be enthralled by the uber-luxurious ocean facing lanai. Lanai is complete with dining table and chairs, chaise lounge, bold Sunbrella 'Bravada Salsa' fabric upholstery, 8 x 8 outdoor rug, retractable solar-shaded awning, stunning privacy drapery, Viking barbecue grill, 3 speed Casablanca ceiling fan and tropical plants along with a fabulous ocean view. You will enjoy the most fantastic sunsets Maui has to offer and if you are visiting in the winter months you may be treated to numerous Humpback whale sightings. The Aloha Kai Suite lanai is one of the most magical places to spend your time relaxing on Maui.

Master suite offers views of the Molokini, Kahoolawe & Lanai islands with a French door leading to the lanai. Rich mahogany wood enhances the sculpted headboards of both the King bed and Twin daybed. Large dresser, two bedside tables and comfy reading chair accompany the writing desk and plasma HDTV / DVR and DVD player. Mahogany shuttered window opens the room to the adjoining Master bath with a deep soaking bathtub, glass enclosed seated shower, dual granite top vanity, private water closet and generous walk in closet with in-room privacy safe.

Wonderful Second bedroom serves well as a Second master suite with a privacy door off the formal entry hall. Bedroom has a Queen bed and is decorated with muted neutral colors and embellished with vintage Hawaiiana print art. Wall mounted flat screen TV hangs above the large mahogany dresser, two bedside tables with reading lamps, comforter foot bench and a large double sliding closet create a charming tranquil space. Adjoining bathroom has a dual granite top vanity, glass enclosed tub / shower combination and private water closet.

Third bedroom boasts a beautiful canopy view of the villa gardens, The Shops at Wailea and Haleakala Crater. Bedroom has two Twin beds, which can easily be converted to a King bed upon request, and is decorated in fun accents of Pacific blue. Wall mounted flat screen TV hangs above a large mahogany dresser. Over-sized mahogany bedside table with reading lamp and a comfy lounge chair enhance the space. Large double sliding closet provides abundant storage for all your belongings. En-suite bathroom has a single granite top vanity and glass enclosed tub / shower combination.

Nothing is left out for your comfort as amenities provided in all three bedroom suites include high thread count bedding, luxurious thick cotton towels, bath robes, make up mirror, hair dryer, high-end bath products, woven hamper, luggage rack, bedside telephone, luxurious silk drapes with black-out lining and lighted ceiling fans.

In total, there are beds for seven guests: King bed and Twin daybed in the Master suite; Queen bed in the Second bedroom and two Twin beds in the Third Bedroom. In addition, a futon floor mattress and an air mattress are available for your use. Wailea Beach Villas provides complimentary Pack-n-Plays for little ones. You can also arrange a crib or rollaway beds from the concierge for a small daily fee. This wonderful suite extends guest occupancy up to a maximum ten guests with up to eight adults and two children under age 12.  A $50 charge per person, per night for each additional guest over standard occupancy of 6 will be applied.

Additional enhancements include gorgeous orchids and tropical plants, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectively, stereo surround sound in each room, extensive use of granite & marble, African mahogany interior doors & trim, nine-foot ceilings, travertine floors, indoor laundry with full size washer and dryer and dual control air-conditioning.
