A well lit, well stocked kitchen in the tropical oasis of Wailea Beach Villas on Maui might well be your home away from home and second heaven. This spacious 2393 sq foot penthouse offers three bedrooms with three private bathrooms perfectly set up for large families or friends. Top-of-the-line kitchen features everything you need for preparing a quick picnic at the beach to showing off your specialty fresh island cuisine which by the way, can be stocked by our concierge for you prior to your arrival. The koa circular dining table seats four with an antique side buffet for serving family style. Two Subzero refrigerators with cool drawers and ice maker, Thermador convection oven and microwave, Bosch Electronic dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, smart power glass blender, Cuisinart two slice toaster, electric teakettle, rice cooker, a fully stocked selection of cookware, bakeware, serving dishes, XOX cooking and grilling utensils, 100% cotton terry towels, placemats, potholders and more.

The sophisticated artistic interior palette of light wood and marble flooring cater to a mature visitor. Respectfully, the owners of Penthouse I-105 are fine art and antiquity collectors and showcase collection pieces of their favorite local artists as well as signed prints from fine art masters including Picasso, Chagall and international Maui artist, Robert Lynn Nelson. As a rare treat, each room within this home has professionally commissioned wall murals and custom designed furniture giving you a marriage of experiences. Side note, our recommendation for this unit is not very child friendly. The great room walls are softly muraled in oceanic sea tones which delicately change color as the natural light of day creeps through the four large lanai door windows. Overstuffed furnishings in the living area provide a comfortable seating for eight to enjoy a full entertainment experience on the extra large digital flat panel TV, DVD, CD, full stereo system or iPod in complete surround sound.

The Master Suite is warmly decorated in colors of golden hue with hidden ceiling track lighting to create an amber ambient mood in the bedroom. The King bed is accompanied with a loveseat, bedside tables, collection showcase bureau and French writing desk. The 52" HDTV has been framed cleverly to look like an art piece, DVD/CD, digital cable box, printer, alarm clock radio with MP3/iPod input, bedside phone, full surround sound and privacy safe. The connecting master bath features a large soaking tub, walk in shower with seating, double vanity, sleek wood cabinets and an expansive walk in closet. French style hutch windows open the bedroom into the luxury private en-suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate shower, dual vanity sinks, private enclosed water closet, make up mirror, hair dryer and custom toiletries. A large walk-in closet with abundant hangers, extra pillows, blankets and down duvet, 100% cotton waffle weave custom embroidered bath robes all add to the relaxation of this amazing penthouse unit. The Master Suite also has a privacy door leading direct to the front lanai. This well furnished Hawaiian jungle view balcony has incredibly comfortable custom wing back dinner chairs for five as well as the desired outdoor Viking rotisserie grill.

Second Bedroom features a beautifully hand painted bamboo mural on all walls creating a very Zen or simple nature feeling. A lush jungle garden view from windows behind the Queen bed completes the mood. An original fortress styled furniture design was created to showcase the large screen TV while creating corner space for a dresser and writing desk. The sliding double door closet has plenty of space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The en-suite private bathroom is complete with shower/ tub combination and single vanity.

Third Bedroom contrasts soft golden buttercup walls with traditional Asian hand painted black lacquer dressers and a custom Queen bolstered sleigh bed. A complimentary hand painted wall screen makes an interesting headboard. Full size double sliding closet door, 30" flat screen TV with DVD player and dual alarm iPod dock. Connecting bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity, signature amenities for all rooms include bathrobes, make up mirrors, an abundance of fluffy towels and luxury bath products.
