The Penthouse Hale Hana is absolutely a favorite for many families vacationing in Maui as it offers the ease of a ground floor garden view unit, and over achieves its category with a peek a boo Ocean view. Additionally, it has an amazingly large corner lanai decked out with great patio furniture. A picnic style Teak dining table seats eight and the loveseat another two. Most guests immediately feel at home the minute they step into this playfully decorated three bedroom, three bathroom vacation rental.

The colorful and casual great room features a sky blue and tropical orange accented cotton duct cloth slipcovers on the sofa. The living room opens up to a huge 900 square foot wraparound lanai that just begs to host a party. The retractable sliding glass lanai doors connect the indoors and outdoors for relaxed and spacious living space. Total indoor outdoor living space is 2881 square feet for this beautiful home.

Fabulous open floor plan allows room for everyone to sit and eat together for casual dining at the table surrounded by big Hawaiian prints. The kitchen table seats six with counter seating for four. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring two sub zero fridges and granite counter tops can be completely stocked by our Concierge for your convenience prior to arrival. A top of the line sound system and flat screen televisions are found throughout this family favorite vacation home.

King bed in the Master bedroom is decorated in matte tropical laze, big coral shams, duvet and classy hard embroidered Indian fabric and invites you to stretch after a day at the beach or fresh from the spacious Master bath, where the Signature amenities of bathrobes, an abundance of fluffy towels and personal bath products adorn the glass enclosed separate seated shower and large jetted tub. French style windows open to reveal the connection between bathroom and bedroom. Master bedroom also provides a day bed for as additional sleeping option and writing secretary desk.

Second bedroom with Queen bed is perfect for the grandparents, teenager or second vacationing family with tonal beach colors accenting the room, and a private third bathroom with dual vanity, shower and tub. En-suite bathroom with dual vanity counter, custom cabinetry and combination bathtub / shower.

Third bedroom is perfectly made-for-the-kids. Complete with a set of bunk beds and a set of Twin trundle beds, this sportily decorated spacious room is decorated in sailor whites and blues. Private bathroom is located just beside the bedroom and across the hall from the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Bathroom has a combination bathtub / shower and single vanity.
