“Lush Tropical Garden View - Unit 44B”
Great location at the beginning of Wailea and decent [for the area] pricing on cheapest Studio Garden View. Incredible lush tropical garden view [just as shown in the photos], updated kitchen [granite, SS appliances, nice cabinets], updated bath w/walk-in shower only, and comfortable furnishings with this unit.
Slight garden path walk to beach as this unit backs up to main streets of Wailea [no street noise issue], however, its incredible garden view, condition, pricing definitely outweighed closer-to-the-beach studio units. Some price structures not as restrictive as others with deposit or refund policy. Check-out condo photos if the condition of the unit matters as some units in this village are more updated than others.
