Reservations Deposit
Three nights lodging deposit (plus 11.4% tax and a 5% resort fee) are required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation
Reservations for 14 nights or less*:
- 15 days or more notification: Deposit will be refunded less $100 processing.
- Less than 15 days notification: Forfeiture of all payments received. NO REFUND.
Reservations for all 3 bedrooms and long-term stays of 15 nights or more:
- 90 days or more notification: Deposit will be refunded less one night’s lodging rate plus 4.17% tax.
- Less than 90 days notification: Forfeiture of all payments received. NO REFUND.
For the Christmas period:
- For cancellations up to Sept. 1st, deposit is refunded less one night’s lodging rate plus 4.17% tax.
- After September 1st full forfeiture of all payments received. NO REFUND.
Travel Insurance may be purchased with our reservations agents to protect your trip against cancellations, interruptions, delays and medical emergencies.

Other Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time: 3 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- Additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $35 plus tax
- Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
- No pets allowed
- We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
- Monthly rates subject to availability
- Rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax
- Rates are subject to a 5% resort fee on all reservations
- All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
