WAILEA, Maui, Hawaii - Oct. 29, 2008 - Destination Resorts Hawaii is privileged to announce that on November 11th, 2008 the Elua Homeowners Association will complete a $3 million renovation of Wailea Elua Village. This luxury residential resort property is one of the eight properties within the Wailea Makena Resorts where Destination Resorts Hawaii manages individual residences on behalf of their owners. The renovation is scheduled for completion before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Located on the north end of Wailea Resort along the mile-and-a-half oceanfront beach walk, Wailea Elua Village offers a number of guest amenities that take advantage of this beachfront setting. The majority of the $3 million worth of enhancement went into public areas at the property which have unique vantage points that capitalize on the exceptional location including new quartzite tile in the pool, around the pool deck and on the pavilion floor. New Tropitone chaise lounge chairs with cushions were purchased along with new tables and chairs for outdoor dining and activities. New Weber Genesis propane barbeques were added so guests can enjoy beachfront grilling.

The property also added a workout room with Precor equipment including a stationary bike, elliptical stair climber, treadmill and free weights. A small open-air library was added to the pavilion so quests can check out books during their stay. And, a new computer room also was added.
Guest can choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations at Wailea Elua Village.
