The beautiful Polo Beach, at the outskirts of the luxury Wailea Resort, is the most secluded of the five beaches of Wailea, Hawaii. Decades ago, locals tell of how the horses and cattle from upcountry Ulupalakua Ranch would wander to Polo Beach and paw at the sand to drink from the natural spring. As the Wailea Beach Resort was developed, the beach was named Ke One o Polo (Sands of Polo), Today, the beach is known as Polo Beach; and the Polo Beach Club is the only condo resort that is built this close to the ocean's edge and boasts its own beach.
The Polo Beach Club is a hidden gem in Hawaii, noted for its prime beachfront location on the most breathtaking, idyllic beach. With eight floors, views of the ocean and the sound of the waves are sensational from every two-bedroom, two-bath Maui condominium. The wide sandy beach is golden and the waters are shallow and ideal for snorkeling when calm.
The Polo Beach Club is a Wailea Beach resort where relaxation is natural and spontaneous. The oceanfront pool and whirlpool spa offers a quiet sanctuary, where you can peacefully read a good book borrowed from the lending library in the lobby. Seek out the herb garden and pick from a changing selection of oregano, basil, chives, thyme or sage to prepare your dinner in your suite's gourmet kitchen or on the beach resort's outdoor barbecue grills. The living is easy in the tropical breezes at the Polo Beach Club.

We own a place on the North Shore of Maui but stayed here at Christmas for a week to change things up. it was an excellent choice. You have your own kitchen and separate rooms for the kids and adults. Right on the beach and the whale watching from the balcony is unsurpassed! We left our stand up paddle boards on the grass behind the property all week and they were totally safe. Great place...we're going back soon.
