Shops at Wailea – This upscale, open-air venue of more than 60 shops houses a wide variety of retailers, elegant gift outlets and art galleries in a lovely oceanview setting. Retailers include familiar names like Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Tommy Bahama's and The Gap. Specialty stores offer everything from sandals, high-quality aloha wear, hand-crafted koa and other Hawaii crafts, and fine jewelry done in the Hawaiian heritage style. Art lovers can find a wealth of upscale art galleries, including outlets that showcase art by celebrities, art glass and photographic art. The Shops at Wailea is also the home of the Destination Resorts Hawaii office.
Kihei Kalama Village – Located across from Kalama Park on South Kihei Road, this souvenir venue specializes in fresh leis and fossilized sharks' teeth.
Kihei Gateway Plaza – Features island-style gifts for the home and artwork by local artists, as well as an open market.
Piilani Village Shopping Center – This shopping mall includes Hilo Hatties, a great place for aloha wear and gifts, as well as Waldenbooks, Jamba Juice and Starbucks.
Kamaole Beach Center – Features Honolua Surf Co., which offers excellent surf wear, including long-sleeved T-shirts to wear after snorkeling or diving.
Maalaea Harbor Village – Near the Maui Ocean Center, features Moon-bow Tropics for island-style clothing and Island Soap and Candleworks.
