We own a place on the North Shore of Maui but stayed here at Christmas for a week to change things up. it was an excellent choice. You have your own kitchen and separate rooms for the kids and adults. Right on the beach and the whale watching from the balcony is unsurpassed! We left our stand up paddle boards on the grass behind the property all week and they were totally safe. Great place...we're going back soon.

We just returned from a perfect stay at The Polo Beach Club. The view was unsurpassed, the condo was well equipped, clean, quiet and in a perfect location, right on the sand. The sunset views were incredible each night. We were told that this unit has just been re-done with all tile floors which were very nice.

Just finished my vacation at the Polo Beach Club and enjoyed every minute of my stay in Unit #305 - an ocean front unit. This was the first trip to Maui for my granddaughter and her friend and having the beach right outside our condo was so exciting for them. They went swimming and sunning several times a day between our excursions, which were arranged for us by Wendi at Destination Resorts. We would start our day on the lanai with breakfast and end the day watching the glorious sunset. I read several reviews that complained of the dated 80's decor, but I found our unit to be completely acceptable for a vacation rental. It was very clean and the furnishings comfortable.

This hotel was great - good location with direct access to a great beach. The rooms were nice - not overly luxurious but clean and good size. Our unit, #807, was on the top floor and had good views of the beach and ocean. We traveled in April and spent each morning watching the whales from our balcony with coffee. The pool is nice, but rarely used being so close to a nice beach! Security on the grounds is very strict about only allowing guests with keys to access the gate protecting the grounds. Parking is in a garage directly beneath the hotels with reserved parking spots.

My wish list for our family vacation had two things at the top - a lanai where we could enjoy sunsets and whale watching and a location where I could walk out the door and be snorkeling in moments. Unit 505 at Polo Beach met both of those perfectly. We walked along the coastal path that goes by the Fairmont, Four Seasons, the Grand Wailea, as well as other condo complexes and we didn't see anything with better access to the beach or views of the ocean. We snorkeled and boogie boarded every day, often joined by sea turtles. The beach was never crowded. The lanai gave upfront row seats for watching the whales, including breaching babies and tail waving adults.

Our seventh visit to PBC did not disappoint. Too early for Humpbacks this time, but many Honus (Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles) right off the beach. Speaking of beach, is there any softer, powdery white sand than in Wailea? Plus you can't get much closer to the surf than at PBC unless you want to get wet!

We were all at a family wedding, and most opted for the fairmont. I was so glad to have this condo...Polo Beach Club 108 to stay for ourselves.  The hotels are BUSY and this condo complex was nice and quiet, with lovely grounds.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Polo Beach Club from Destination Resorts. There were 4 of us (my wife and I, our 2-year-old daughter, and a friend), and we can't say enough good things about our experience!
