"With the magnificent Pacific views and elegant Maui condos along the beach, our stay here was magical."
“Wonderful location, luxurious surroundings, excellent service!”
Our family of six just returned from a ten day visit to Wailea, Maui. The location of the property was excellent~on the beach, with a great view of Molokini, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The suite was tastefully furnished with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (including small appliances such as a coffee grinder, blender, martini shaker...the list goes on and on).
“Best condo I've ever stayed in (from a travel agent)”
This property was SPOTLESS and very, very upscale. The owners thought of everything even down to laundry detergent, tea, coffee, condiments, hair dryers and very well stocked with upgrade cooking utensils.
“Great Stay as Usual”
Love this place, its awesome. Beautiful grounds that almost look like a movie set (in a good way). It is right by the beach, with a cool running trail from the pool along the coast - amazing. It is the most relaxing place, quiet and easy to get work done if needed.
This was my 3rd stay, and will be coming back for sure.
Good: Comfort, fabulous views, safety, felt like home only more fun for us. The penthouse was beautifully furnished and very clean. Great cleaning service.
“Heaven in Maui”
If you are looking for a beautiful setting for a picturesque vacation, complete with exceptional service, then this is the place for you. Our group included myself and my wife, and my brother and his wife. We booked penthouse 502 (2 bedrooms) in November of 2011.
“Fantastic Condo - 20H”
My friends and I stayed in unit 20H, and we all had a fantastic experience. The facilities were exactly what we needed, and whoever outfitted the place put a lot of time and consideration into supplying the unit with everything a vacationer could need.
“Gorgeous condo, Perfect location”
We just spent a week in Penthouse 307 and it was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures on the website don't capture how upscale, chic and spacious it is. The view of the ocean is expansive. The kitchen has top-of-the-line everything.
Jeb Kramer is our IT Systems Manager at Destination Resorts Hawaii and when not fixing our computers, we know he’s somewhere out surfing in Maui. As a seasoned surfer, he shares these tips for surfing on Maui.
Surfing in Hawaii is a serious venture. After all, this is Hawaii, home to the best surf and best surfers in the world. But there are a few things you need to know before paddling out. For experienced surfers, the following is a sort of “code of conduct” for surfing in Hawaii:
While driving along the miles of Maui coastline, mouth-watering aromas escape the open-air restaurants and roadside stands, and mingle with the sweet smell of teriyaki riding in on the breeze from the beach park BBQ grills. Who needs billboards! Where do I park?
One of the best things about living in Hawaii is being able to spend so much time outdoors. Whether you’re playing in the water, biking, hiking or enjoying a picnic under the palms, there’s a delectable island recipe to fuel your fun and please your palate.
Here are some island favorites to help put a little aloha on your plate this summer.
Absolutely beautiful place. Fabulous deck with stunning views of the ocean. Too far to walk to a beach but this was not a problem since we were going to drive to several different places. Easy in and out parking in front of condo. Up to date well stocked kitchen. Great price for a 2 bedroom condo.
“Fantastic Spring Break Stay”
Family of four that stayed in Penthouse 309 for 8 nights near the end of March. The staff could not have been more accomodating and the Penthouse was exceptional. The unit had an ocean view and was well equipped. Any minor issue we had was quickly resolved by the management team.
“Beautiful secluded beach location”
Stayed at Makena Surf for 10 days in January for the second time. Stayed with friends in C105 which is a two bedroom condo that is well appointed and has a nice ocean view without being right at the waters edge. We really like this unit and love the property as it is very private, quiet and extremely well maintained as the grounds are always being attended to. The beach is pristine and not overly crowded and feels like your own private oasis.
“Good location with access to great beach”
This hotel was great - good location with direct access to a great beach. The rooms were nice - not overly luxurious but clean and good size. Our unit, #807, was on the top floor and had good views of the beach and ocean. We traveled in April and spent each morning watching the whales from our balcony with coffee. The pool is nice, but rarely used being so close to a nice beach! Security on the grounds is very strict about only allowing guests with keys to access the gate protecting the grounds. Parking is in a garage directly beneath the hotels with reserved parking spots.
“Perfect Accommodations For Families With Kids!”
We have stayed in various different units and Ekahi Village and we are always happy with our decision. The beach is a very short walk and the snorkeling is excellent. The kitchens are always well-equipped with everything we need. Stop at Costco on the way from the airport and stock-up for the week. There are items at the Maui Costco that you can't get anywhere on the mainland (the Ahi is amazing!)
