Reservations Deposit
Two nights deposit, inclusive of tax and resort fee, due 1 day after initial request for reservations.
Reservations Policies
Specific Unit Reservations Policy - For guests that have booked a specific unit, as opposed to a particular category.
Long Term Reservations Policy - For guests staying 21 days or longer.
Cancellation
Cancellations with 72 hours or more notification: Deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notification: Forfeiture of two night deposit. NO REFUND.
For the Christmas period:
- For cancellations up to August 31st forfeit two night deposit.
- After September 1st full forfeiture of reservation value. NO REFUND.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENTS OVER HOLIDAY SEASON
December 22nd - January 2nd- Wailea Elua Village 1-Bedrooms, Grand Champion Villas and Wailea Ekolu Village : Seven (7) night minimum
- Wailea Ekahi Village: Studios & 1 Bedrooms: Seven (7) night minimum, and 2 Bedrooms: Fourteen (14) night minimum
- Wailea Beach Villas: Ten (10) night minimum
- Wailea Elua Village 2 & 3 Bedrooms, Makena Surf, and Polo Beach Club: Fourteen (14) night minimum
Other Terms & Conditions
- Check-in time: 3 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- A passport or U.S. government ID and an accepted credit card matching the name on the reservation will be required to check-in.
- We honor MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover
- Additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $35 plus tax for all properties except Wailea Beach Villas.
- Wailea Beach Villas additional per person over standard occupancy charge of $50 plus tax.
- Children 12 years and under stay free, but are included in maximum occupancies
- No pets allowed
- Monthly rates subject to availability
- Rates are subject to 9.25% Transient Accommodations Tax and 4.17% General Excise Tax
- Rates are subject to a 5% resort fee + tax on all reservations
- All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change
- All units are non-smoking and outdoor areas may be restricted in accordance with the individual property's Homeowner Association Rules
