    Renowned as one of Hawai‘i’s most popular recording artists, Keali‘i is the award-winning kumu hula of HÄlau Ke‘alaokamaile. His music and chants represent the best of Hawai‘i’s traditional and contemporary poetry today, earning multiple NÄ HÅkÅ« Hanohano Awards in addition to a top spot on world music charts. HÄlau Ke‘alaokamaile has brought home top awards from the prestigious hula competition, Merrie Monarch Festival, and KÅ«kahi is their annual fundraiser at the MACC.
