8th Annual Maui Ukulele Festival

Bring your low-backed beach chairs or a blanket for a relaxing afternoon on the lawn with friends and family as you enjoy island music by acclaimed ‘ukulele musicians. Roy Sakuma, Oahu’s renowned ‘ukulele teacher who started the first and original ukulele festival in 1971, will serve as M.C. to help us celebrate Hawai‘i’s beloved instrument. Line-up includes: Herb Ohta San & Nando Suan, Richard Ho’opi’i, Willie K, Paula Fuga, Kamakakehau Fernandez, Brittni Paiva, the Hula Honeys, Derick Sebastian, Aidan James, Tamlyn Tamura, Nelly and Daniel Baduria, Nick Acosta, Andrew Molina and more.
Displays of made-in-Hawaii arts and crafts, and ‘ono-licious island foods will be available all afternoon.
