Rates begin at $265 per night for a 900-square-foot, one bedroom condominium the comfortably sleeps four people, plus the fifth night is free. Guests can choose up to a three-bedroom vacation rental. Prices vary depending on unit size and some restrictions apply. The offer is valid Dec. 17, 2009 through Jan. 5, 2010 at Makena Surf, Polo Beach Club, Wailea Grand Champions, Wailea Ekahi Village, Wailea Ekolu Village and Wailea Elua Village – all properties a part of the Destination Resorts Hawaii collection of vacation rentals.

The ultra-luxury property offers two and three bedroom villas, which range in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet and are situated on 12 acres of lush gardens and refreshing pools.
